New Septic Installation

Contact us to request an estimate for a new septic.

When you're ready to have a new septic system installed, call our licensed professionals to get the job done. We are a certified, Massachusetts Title 5 Installer with over 30 years experience, giving us the credentials to ensure a correct installation.

When you choose Robert Waters Septic Service for a new septic, the first step is the design and permit process. This is done by a certified septic system engineer. Use your own, or ask us to coordinate with one of the qualified engineers we have worked with over the years.

Once the permits are obtained, we can manage your whole installation from excavating and installing the new septic system to working with your plumber (or use one of ours) to hook the new system up to your home. We can even provide the necessary landscaping services to ensure the leach field has the proper plants to protect it without trees which might cause problems from roots clogging pipes.

If this is your primary residence, you may qualify for a tax credit on your Massachusetts income tax return. Check it out HERE.

And if you need financial help with installing your new system, MassDEP has links to programs to help communities and homeowners HERE. In addition, home owners in Barnstable County can get help in financing the replacement of a failed system. For more information, check out their requirements and download an application HERE.

What are a few indications of a failed system?

  • Damaged or worn out pipe in a non-Title Five system or cesspool
  • System needs to be pumped frequently
  • Liquid or bad smell at the surface
